Minispace is a secure, bilingual communication platform built for daycares and families in Quebec and across Canada. It replaces scattered emails, paper journals and messaging apps with a single organized place that connects daycare staff and parents in real time.
Which guide is for you?
You run the whole daycare: children, groups, staff, parents, activities and the subscription. Start with Getting Started to set things up, then keep the Administrator Guide at hand.
You fill in daily journals, mark attendance, share photos and talk with the parents of your groups. Everything is in the Educator Guide.
You follow your child's day, confirm attendance, read the journal and talk with the daycare. Everything is in the Parent Guide.

How Minispace works
Every daycare gets its own private, isolated space at its own address:

Staff and parents sign in with their email and password, protected by two-factor authentication over email. One daycare's data is never visible from another.

Data and privacy
- All data is hosted in Quebec, Canada
- Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, using a per-daycare key
- Each daycare's data is fully isolated in its own database schema
- No data is shared between daycares
